This is taira602's fanfiction journal. That is, this is just for my fanfiction. Because I am honestly afraid to put my fanfiction on livejournal, and it's a good idea to have a separate journal anyway. So, if you are looking for the sordid details of my fascinating life, head to taira602. I don't much consider myself a writer, but *shrug* I sure like fandom, so I'm going to try anyway.

Since this is Dreamwidth, I will probably be posting everything publicly, so there's no reason to friend me per se, though I appreciate it if you do!

There may be adult content in some fanfics, so that's your age warning folks. Let's be honest, probably not a lot, but these will be labeled as such, so be aware of what you're getting into.

Interests below include fandoms and pairings I like. These won't necessarily be what I write or have written, but may give some indication of what I might write in the future. In general, I tend to like pairings that are "epic tragic love stories" at least to me, somewhat angsty, and border on the "wrong" or "not going to work for reasons they can't control." I like pairings that I perceive as equal, and for this reason tend to dislike intergenerational pairings. I tend to OTP pretty hard, though I try not to. I like het, male slash, and femmeslash about equally, though probably won't go for a shiny bunnies and rainbows het pairing with no conflict.

My all-time favorite pairing always and forever is River/Simon (Firefly) though I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to do it justice.
